1. Welcome:

  • By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services:

  • We build custom AI assistants for Shopify and eCommerce stores.

  • Builds may use platforms/integrations such as Voiceflow, ConvoCore, Make.com, Airtable and other client-approved tools.

3. Pricing & Payment:

  • In order for these AI assistants to be valuable, they have to be custom tailored for each business. Because of this, we don’t offer set pricing or minimums, as each AI Assistant build requires we come together and scope out features.

  • Upfront Setup Fee to start work; Monthly Retainer begins at go-live.

4. Account Access (Choose One):

  • Client-Owned: You own all platform accounts and pay those providers directly. We work as a guest in your accounts.

  • AmpFlow AI-Hosted: We host the assistant in our accounts. You’re billed pass-through usage/credits monthly.

5. Ownership:

  • We retain ownership of our internal tools, prompts, templates, and methods.

6. Maintenance & Support (Retainer Covers):

  • Routine knowledge updates, small prompt/flow tweaks, and basic monitoring.

7. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate anytime.

8. No Guarantees:

  • We aims to improve efficiency and conversions but do not guarantee specific results or uptime.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • AmpFlow AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

10. Privacy:

  • We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data..

11. Changes to These Terms:

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting; continued use means acceptance..

  • Governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
